Extended Stay America Suites- Chicago - Romeoville - Bollingbrook

My staying at the romeoville location was a wonderful experience. The staff was always with a great actitud. Always fresh coffee. Especially Yvette the receptionist. I definitely recommend the staying there either for business or for please.

This is my first time staying in the extended stay and I had no regrets. Typically my family and I stay in the surrounding hotels but coming here, getting a full sized fridge and kitchenette is well worth the switch over. Yvette at the front desk has been very helpful during our stay and has been attentive and sweet well beyond my imagination. For my first stay at an extended suite I’m impressed.. I know some of these hotels don’t stay the cleanest, but this extended stay is not one of them.. and they’re currently being remodeled, so that’s a bonus. This review was well deserved.

This is an older property that is in need of updates and is currently being remodeled. The room was nice. The bed was suppose to be a queen but seemed closer to a full, but it was very comfortable! The room was clean and it was nice to have the kitchenette. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel is located in the Windham buisness area with a variety of dining within walking distance, as well as, gas station and easy access to I-55.

Room was comfortable. Price was good. A little noisy at times. Was worth what we paid.

I had a great weekend stay at this location. The front desk staff, including manager Yvette Hecks were extremely helpful and willing to accommodate my needs! They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was extremely enjoyable! I will definitely be a returning customer when I travel back to Illinois. Thank you again to the staff at this location!!

I had an amazing experience at this extended stay hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I honestly thought I had made reservations ahead of time, but somehow I hadn’t and I was completely stressed thinking I wouldn’t have a place to stay. Thankfully, the manager Yvette stepped in and truly saved the day. She handled the situation with so much professionalism, patience, and kindness. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or inconvenienced, she reassured me, quickly found a solution, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. She genuinely made my stay a breeze. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for an extended stay. The property felt safe and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and accommodating. Yvette’s customer service alone is the reason I would absolutely stay here again. She went above and beyond, and that kind of care makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

My stay was nice, clean room , I needed an extra pillow and they were nice to give me two more, bathroom clean, bed comfy and a big tv. Grab n go breakfast was ok. Thank you

The rooms for the most part, in my experience have been pretty well maintained. They’re clean and comfortable. The service is great, there are a lot of people that work here that are hard working. Pam is definitely one of my favorites very welcoming, funny, and always helpful. Not to mention right next to 55! Makes getting into the city easy for music events or functions, near a lot of great restaurants, right across the street from a world class gym (they have day passes no membership needed), And there pretty close to more then few grocery stores. If you ask at the front desk they’ll be happy to provide cooking utensils/ equipment to use in your room! So I’d say a great place to stay, specially considering the price.
